Policies, Terms and Conditions:

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as Silver Sage or Silver Sage Creations). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

Email & Shopping Cart

Orders are downloaded throughout the day. For security purposes we will not open any attachments. Please send your email orders as text.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Silver Sage Creations reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect or incomplete information will cause a delay in processing your order. If you would prefer to send a money order please contact us via email. We are sorry, but we do not accept Company Checks or Personal checks. Please do not send cash!

Shipping Time

Products usually ship by the next business day. We are closed on Weekends & Holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will not ship until Monday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Silver Sage Creations as an estimate. To avoid shipping delays we encourage you to order in a timely fashion, especially around the holiday season.

Shipping Charges

We offer flat rate shipping. Rates are as follows:

USPS First Class Mail $2.50

USPS Priority Mail $5.50

International Orders

First Class Mail International $5.00

Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope (for up to 2 items) $12.50

Priority Mail International (for multiple items) $22.00

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error Silver Sage Creations shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Silver Sage Creations shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Silver Sage Creations shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the correct price.

Returns

We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase.

Should you wish to return an item, simply return it in its original condition (with a copy of your invoice) within 15 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item, credit your account, or send a refund. Return shipping, insurance and/or delivery confirmation is always the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged items should be returned along with the original shipping packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item and the original shipping packaging, a replacement will be sent if available or a refund check will be issued.
